thekazu4u
Just a different mechanic I am working on. I may work more support, but I believe it is fairly balanced as is, if anything too weak. NEW Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon one "Soul of the Consumed" monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field. When a monster you control attacks, Tribute this card to send one Equip-Spell card from your Deck to your Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, add one "Soul of the Consumed" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your Hand. NEW If a face-up "Desorixx the Insatiable" monster destroys a monster and sends it to your graveyard, Special Summon it and equip it with this card in your Graveyard. The name of a monster equipped with this card becomes "Soul of the Devoured." The Special Summoned monster is treated as a FIRE monster, has its effect negated, and cannot attack. NEW Effect: When "Curse of the Fang - Regeneration" is equipped to a Monster card you control: equip it with this card in your Graveyard. Each Standby Phase: If there is a face-up "Desorixx the Insiatiable" card on the field: inflict 500 points of Direct Damage to the controller of the equipped monster for each Ferocity Counter on "Desorixx the Insatiable." "The soul of one who was captured by Desorixx, now forever hunted in death." Effect: If a face-up "Desorixx the Insatiable" monster destroys a monster and sends it to your graveyard, Special Summon it and equip it with this card in your Graveyard. The name of a monster equipped with this card becomes "Soul of the Devoured." The Special Summoned monster is treated as a FIRE monster, has its effect negated, and cannot attack. Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by switching control of one "Soul of the Consumed" card you control. During your End Phase, change control of one FIRE monster you control. Other monsters cannot declare an attack. This card must attack each turn. If this card destroys a monster by battle, put one Ferocity Counter on this card, and attack with this card again. This card gains 500 ATK for each Ferocity Counter on it. If this card would be removed from the field, remove one Ferocity Counter from this card instead. with playtest, I realize this card usually dies really fast, but works rly well if you have a Dark Hole or Burden of the Mighty in hand. Also, Foxfire once Desorixx is established can be brutal. Comments really appreciated, especially if you think OPed or needs support. I think it could use some support, but maybe thats just cuz i like making cards Curse of the Fang - Regeneration can help a ton. It means you can reuse the monster you just killed in Desorixx's effect of sending it back to your opponent, and also guarantees a very low attack monster on the field. ragnarok1945
for Desorixx, "If this card would be removed from the field, remove one Ferocity Counter from this card instead." This effect should be limited to once per turn, not as many times as you want if you have the counters for it
thekazu4u
Why? That is the only aspect of the card that makes it worthwhile as far as I can see.
thekazu4u
So should I add more support or should this act more like a single/tech card(s)?
T3RA PROWL3R
Um . . . If it is a Fusion, then you would need a different way to get it out. Just being able to summon it can't happen, I think.

thekazu4u
More support coming soon, and if you think fusions must have fusion materials, NEX & friends say hi. I did not want Prisma Problems happening.

ragnarok1945
given the support for Soul of the Consumed now it would almost feel better if that had not been a vanilla
thekazu4u
Whats wrong with vanilla? That was sorta the entire point of me making this, finding a way of making vanillas not so... vanilla.

ragnarok1945
will you be adding more here soon?
thekazu4u
Should I be adding more? I added Curse of the Fang - Regeneration (I actually intended to post this earlier) Hunting hound combos very well with Foolish burial. It can bring back a Soul of the Consumed, then send one of the equips to your Graveyard. Now you can bring back the Soul of Consumed to give it to your opponent. ragnarok1945
see for Regeneration if you're not going to allow it to attack that's fine but for the effect, don't negate it PERMANENTLY maybe like 1 or 2 turns, and that's enough
thekazu4u
Wouldn't that just encourage keeping the card instead of giving it to them via the effect of Desorixx as I intended?
ragnarok1945
well that's your call on that matter
thekazu4u
I think I am going to keep it this way unless I come up with some other problem Should I create any more direct Desorixx support?
ragnarok1945
it's your call for that do you want to or not?
thekazu4u
It is hard to tell without playtest. I guess I could create a few more support cards, maybe more equips that benefit from being in the Graveyard. Also, perhaps I should do a Roll-play or Fanfic based on this. It seems quite easy to do around this card. xD
thekazu4u
I have added a 2nd "Curse" card. I plan on adding a 3rd, just because "The 3 Curses of Desorixx" sounds so cool.
ragnarok1945
I'm guessing you added the Curse of the Flame one overall it's just a burn effect, little more I mean yes at least the burn should be reasonable, but it depends
thekazu4u
Yes added Curse of the Flame. I know it is not as creative as the others, but it seems fairly good as an actual card to play, and it actually provides a win condition that does not take years.
