Agro
I wonder why you made this *shot in face by Mako* Anyway, I can see the use, I don't have too much to correct, it's mainly OCG errors, which I won't correct unless asked. Though you might want to make sure you put down "may" in each effect so that banishing a monster is not mandatory.
Makο
Oh, good idea. Wait...isn't "can" the proper OCG? Also, OCG fixes are greatly appreciated by me, unlike SOME people.

Original: Once per turn, you can banish 1 Level 4 or Lower "Iron Chain" monster from your deck. Me Fixing: Once per turn: you can banish 1 Level 4 or Lower "Iron Chain" monster from your Deck. When a card(s) is sent from your Opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 monster that was banished by this card's effect. Once per turn, you may select 1 "Iron Chain" monster on the field: activate that monster's effect. I feel like the way I worded it might make it work easier. I'm not exactly sure every effect of Iron Chain monsters, so you should double check it.
Makο
While I appreciate the fix you were trying, I don't feel it's exactly correct. It just comes off as a little awkward to me. But thanks anyway.
gReFuSiTo
If this card is about Iron chains, why don't try to put any mill effect on this one??
Makο
Because it's working off of the mill of others. Like a card I made earlier, Iron Chain Maiden. It uses milling effects to Special Summon monsters banished using this card.
ragnarok1945
see this is much better to fit Iron Chains a little unsure of activating an Iron Chain monster's effect twice is too much or not though........
gReFuSiTo
I think is too much xD
ragnarok1945
it depends on the Iron Chain monster, that's all
Makο
It's not like Iron Chain monsters have much support. So this will help make them a lot more useful.
ragnarok1945
true, but it still depends for example with iron chain repairman in getting another lv4 or lower iron chain monster from the graveyard, nothing wrong with that
gReFuSiTo
Yeah but an effect it's an effect, and activating it twice could be a little OP, but bah..........what the hell, Hyperion get its effect activated twice with Sanctuary on the field òó, why not this card too
ragnarok1945
that's why I was saying it DEPENDS on the Iron Chain monster some of them there would be nothing wrong with doing it twice over
Ieyasu Tokugawa
If this card is about Iron chains, why don't try to put any mill effect on this one??
It's funny cuz repairman doesn't mill either. Nor does blaster. Nor does coil. Dragon and Snake are the only ones that mill really. ragnarok1945
repairman is more for swarming if you get to activate the effect twice over
gReFuSiTo
Yepp, but for that reason I said that he could try to make a milling monster, cause Iron Chains are supposed to be milling monsters and have just two millers >.<
ragnarok1945
yeah and that's the reason why Dragon shouldn't be allowed twice 6 cards would be too many
Ieyasu Tokugawa
They aren't milling monsters. They're better suited to pulling out the Naturia Synchros tbh.
yeah and that's the reason why Dragon shouldn't be allowed twice 6 cards would be too many
6 cards is a lot better since milling is good in the first place. ragnarok1945
you consider that even better for snake then? Since that one isn't really limited to
Makο
Having 2 effects activated has 1 certain combo that comes to mind... This, an Iron Chain monster, 2 Blasters, and Repairman. Blaster eff that one Iron Chain monster, repair man to get it back, the other blaster, repairman, and if it's a Coil, Synchro. 1600 damage AND a Synchro monster Wrencher's first eff will let me have something like this possible. I use Iron Chain for burn more than anything else. Skull Invitation and Dark room, plus milling.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Wouldn't work on Snake since by the time Snake is in the graveyard this card's effect would wear off.
