Sorry. That's my frist post and it fell apart. The card works like this.
1. euip to monster.
2. take the atk/def stat of [u][i][b]ANY[/b][/i][/u] monster on the feild, provided that the other monster(not the one the card is equiped to) is not higher than 2 stars the equiped monster (i.e 1star can only take the atk/def stat of a 3, a 6 can olny take a 8 etc.) However the non-euquiped monster does not have to be 2 star higher. That is the maxium (so if you wanted a 1 could take the stats of another 1 or 2. a 6 could take upto a level 8.)
3. [b][i][u]ADD[/u][/i][/b] the atk/def stats to your monster's atk/def for 3 rounds.
4. Than discard the Ordo ab Chao card into the graveyard.
The card metions Otto Von Bismark, and contains this quote from Shakesphere.
"Than go and join with them, like a rib of steel, to make strengh stronger." (this is the card in the attached tumbnail by the way. not the Blackhole cannon card wich is sadly just script.) Sorry for the wordyness. Just wanted to make sure the point got acoss.
