Custom card fest (cards from a newb)

This is my first compilation of some cards I made. They don't have synergy with each other necessarily, but I just want to share my cards and get feedback.
So here we go!

Aorein, Dragon Imperial of Burakia

Level 8/Effect

Card lore:This card cannot be Special Summoned, except from the Gravyard. If it is Tribute Summoned, the Tributes must be Aqua, Fish, or Sea Serpent Type. Once per turn, you may negate the effects of all cards on your side of the field, except this card. Then send up to three cards from your opponent's field to the Deck and increase this card's ATK by 500. Spells, Traps, and monster effects cannot be activated in response to this card's effect.

Card lore:1 tuner monster+ 1 or more non-tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Each time your opponent receives battle damage, destroy one card you control. If effect damage would be negated as a result of a card effect, banish that card and inflict 1200 damage to your opponent.

On Aorein, Dragon Imperial of Burakia OCG:

you need to add 'except this card' to "negate the effects of all cards on your side of the Field"

for Aorein, clearing ALL the cards on your opponent's side of the field is a bit too much, especially since you can't negate that effect

so you should have applied it only to face up cards
