Not sure if this is underpowered or not, but I'll see what reaction it gets.

so this seems very easy to summon

for the last sentence, basically you're saying as long as it's face up on the field effect damage can't be negated

in which case you should consider applying it to both sides of the field

I suppose, but that was the idea, given its high Level and low stats.

No, all damage goes through (effect and battle).
