This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 2 Beast or Plant-Type monsters. This card is also treated as a Plant-Type. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of a Spell and/or Trap card. Each Standby Phase this card remains face-up on your side of the field, add 1 Mother Earth Counter to this card (max 10). This card gains 500 DEF for each Mother Earth Counter on this card. When there is 10 Mother Earth Counters on this card, you win the duel.

But being a monster makes it so vulnerable when compared to Final Countdown... The lifespan of a card in play is on average one to two turns, this may need an extra little push to make it to turn ten...

The "cannot be destroyed" thing may seem a little extreme, but there's enough banishing and bouncing removal to balance it. Not to mention is has a situational summoning condition.

I don't think it overpowers it. For one, you need 2 monsters that meet the type conditions on your side of the field. Second, it's still vulnerable to Evacuation Device, Dimensional Prison, Grand Mole, etc.

If you limit it to "cannot be destroyed [b]by battle[/b]", then it's setting itself up for Smashing Ground with its constantly raising ATK & DEF. If you say "cannot be destroyed[b] by card effect[/b]" then it's just going to get run over by a monster or still be hit by one of the above mentioned cards.

Another option may be to :
- raise its starting DEF to 2100
- and make its protective effect, "this card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards".
