Avatar change

The first time I tried to sign up for this forum, the confirmation email never came through (and still hasn't). Anyway...so to just save some hassle I signed up via my Facebook account. But now since I did that, it is using my Facebook photo as my avatar - which is pretty average - and even though I try to change it to something else in my profile settings (like a pic of Mokey Mokey or Mushroom Man ) it just ignores the command completely and reverts back to using my Facebook profile pic. Is this the avatar I'm stuck with or is it bugged or what's happening?

bloody hell!! just as I post this topic it decided to work >.<

Take note that it will revert again. If you would like to turn it off, click this link:

Uncheck everything. Then click Save Changes. Or, you can click Disassociate Account Now.

Thanks man. It hasn't reverted back again even though I've logged in and logged back out and all that before you pointed my in the right direction. I'll just see what happens.
