[left]RAI SAY! It's nearly Halloween, where young children go out and beg sweet confectionary from people they do not know. Better ways to spend this flabjulous day is by carving pumpkins, slaying monsters or instead making broken sets.

I introduce a few new terms, a bunch of broken decks, and some just to counter the retarded meta. Most of the set will be monsters, in Halloween spirit.

Actually, just 1 term for now. [b]Emblems[/b]. Stolen from MtG, added to YGO. Made broken. Yesh <3 Basically counters that are placed on players, and can NEVER BE REMOVED :< evar. They stack, and effects stack up for each Emblem. If you had 3 Emblems that each had the effect (Take 800 damage for each Emblem you have). Then, you would take 2400 x 3 damage. Don't you love near OTKs? Are they broken? Probably. Do I care? No. Why? Because IT'S HALLOWEEN OF COURSE. Won't see them yet though, until I post about 15 cards.
