This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once a turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; it is treated as a Dragon-Type monster until the End Phase. Once a turn: You can tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster from anywhere on the field; Special Summon 1 Servant Token (Dragon-Type /WIND/LV 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in Attack Position. The token cannot be used as a tribute for a Tribute Summon. When your opponent Special Summons a monster: Tribute 1 Servant Token; the Special Summoned Monster loses ATK equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters on the field x400.

What do you think?

So you can tribute any monsters on the field to summon that token?

Yes. The point is you can tribute any Dragon on any side of the field to get a token. So you can turn 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field into a dragon and get rid of it for your own benefit.

And since it's a cost it's more better.

Making your opponent lose a monster, and then gaining one yourself is a +2 advantage each turn. This is my critique:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:
- Select another monster on the field. It is treated as a Dragon-Type monster.
- Destroy 1 Dragon-Type monster on the field. Then, Special Summon 1 Servant Token (Dragon-Type /WIND/LV 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in Attack Position. The token cannot be used as a tribute for a Tribute Summon.
You can discard 1 Warrior-Type Monster Card to activate this card’s effect twice per turn instead. Also, when your opponent Special Summons a monster, you can tribute 1 Servant Token; the Special Summoned mosnter’s original ATK becomes 0 until the end of turn.

Although I appreciate the OCG fixes, I won't change it much like this because the purpose is to tribute, not destroy. And abusing this effect than make this card OPed.

And yeah this would be a good help for Synchros if you think about making a strategy wit this card.
