Now unless you have a card like "Skill Drain" then he can. Didn't want him to be able to just wipe the floor with the opponent, but just be able to keep the field clear, for other E.D cards can attack. But maybe like make it so when is is summoned successfully, switch all monster's the opponent control's to ATK that way he can do some damage, or make the being able to attack all cards a first summon thing.
