Strider Tigerwolf
It's too good. Banish +2000 ATK Beast-Type monster and get this card out? Then when it leaves the field, BOOM! You have something bigger to deal with. Conditions are way to easy to pull off and (granted that beasts only have so much support) you can still pull of various comboes, especially with some note worthy Synchros (if they are summoned successfully prior to this card's effect) like Naturia Beast, The Fabled Unicore, and it doesn't just have to be those. Gladiators can use this guy as a nice tech for field presence, heck even Crystal Beasts can benefit from this card! IMO, it's too good of a card. DARKPLANT RISING
I say make it Level 4 or lower only. Then it'll be okay IMO.
ragnarok1945
what targeted monster? You didn't say select a monster on the field in the effect unless you meant ss the banished monster
Northern Sage
^Yes. I guess I should refer it to as "banished" instead.
