Pretty nice effect, OCG I could help...but it's a little [i]too [/i]messed up for me.

personally at that, 1000 atk is too low

especially if you declare 4, as 250 atk is virtually nothing

Make it lv6 and raise the atk to 2400, THAT would be better

Ok so let me ge this straight:
You can declare 1-4, divide the monster's ATK by that, and then it can attack that many times? Ok.
Whenever the monster attacks, its ATK is taken out of the ATK of the monster it attacked? Meh. No very useful IMO.
OCG is a little wordy and confusing.

I agree with Ragnarok, lvl 6 and 2400 ATK would make this card a lot better.

hmm i wasnt meant to be that strong
2400 with that effect would be pretty beefy
the card is obviously not meant to stand alone though it would have to be combined with other cards to make use of its effect but anyway its able to weak your opponents monsters that was its main purpose.
