Anyway, back to the actual cards. Why not put in some sort of draw card other than common charity, i can imaging getting a full hand of these would su[K

I don't know. Seems pretty damn op.
You get to negate and send a monster to the graveyard.

All those Monsters are normal monsters so they can be easily brought back from Birthright, (That one trap that brings them back in DEF), swing, medal...
Just...not right...
Main point, I disagree.
But it is your card so do with what you please. Just my two cents :o

Put it that way and the restriction seems a tad pointless. Players would just get their Special Summons from the Deck in beforehand with the same results as they would by doing it afterwards amirite?

It'd be better balanced using drawbacks like simply controlling an "Evolution" monster, returning one from your Graveyard to your Deck like Gene Pool, or removing one from your Graveyard like Flamvell Counter.

I wasn't disagreeing, just wanted some ideas on how to keep it +0 lol. Dark Bribe is currently the only actual Spell AND Trap negation, I've always wanted something that wasn't a -1 though.

Card advantage. How it is now, you lose this card (by playing it) and your opponent loses the card they activated. You go -1 card, but then your opponent goes -1 card, so advantage-wise it's a +0
