Dark Supreme Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Before it gets locked, the main Reason Raiza got banned was because of the release of the new monarch Deck, which will most probably after Raiza will get limited, will be bought more becuase it has Caius. (Konami Profits, read something about it) N00bs will never be relivied, now that Gadgets are Unlimited, monster reborn is limited and there are many other monarchs that are really good and useful, Raiza was just the best, and it can still be used, its limited not banned.
