groniack
It might be a bit Oped but critism is welcome. This card's effect(s) cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard; Increase the Level of all monsters on the fild by 1.If you activated this effect; Place 1 ouga counter on this card for each monster you control (max 3). You can remove ouga counters equal to the Level of a monster in your hand and Special Summon that monster. You cannot Xyz or Tribute Summon during the turn this card was Summoned. ragnarok1945
looks nothing like a barbarian the level boost makes it easy for synchro food with regards to the max counter limit, you might be able to make it higher I don't really see a way the counter adding effect can be pulled off more than 1 or 2 times a turn, can you?
Well it doesn't look so much like a barbarian but I couldn't find a better name. You mean the counter removing? The adding is only when it is Special Summoned. ragnarok1945
that's my point, and that's why you can raise the limit higher because you can't pull off the counter adding part any FASTER
