the problem here is that it has to be EXACTLY at lv4

now yes you did say warrior or thunder types, but even then at the exact level it's going to bring it down

same goes with the effect of once it has no more xyz material

I admit saying lv4 or lower is too flexible, but still, you should have said more than just a single level and that's it
