well that's not hard to summon to the field if you still use Soul Release

although your 2nd sentence and 3rd sentence do seem to conflict with each other

2nd sentence you just said it can only get special summoned one way

then your 3rd sentence you gave it another way to special summon it (and you didn't even say WHERE you're special summoning it from)

so now I'm confused

Simple. The third effect is one of the ways to Special Summon it when the requirement has been met. It's a benefit (sort of, I don't know how beneficial it actually is).
