So I was thinking to myself that running Cyber Dragon with the off-chance that you manage to steal a monster for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon was kinda... well unlikely. So I figured that there must be a way to make such an idea consistent, yet balanced. So here's what I managed to reach:

Lore: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by discarding a Machine-Type monster from your hand. While this card is face-up on the field, its name is treated as "Cyber Dragon". During your Main Phase: You can discard 1 monster from your hand and target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it is treated as a Machine-Type monster.

You need 3 monsters in your hand (Including her) to pull out CFD like that, however since the special summon is optional, its okay. The second effect is very good! Discard 1 card, then summon CFD using 1 of his monsters for a minimum of a 2000 ATK monster + getting rid of his best card.

It can also unexpectedly destroy your opponent's field since the last effect isn't limited to once per turn. Its balanced by the fact you need monsters in your hand to use this card. IMO, excellent card.

well this is very easy to summon to the field

it's good to see another Cyber Dragon substitute, in case you don't have Proto Cyber Dragon on you

last effect is essentially DNA surgery, and it's not as effective as that one since the effect is slower

even so, as you stated it's certainly going to be a big help in the case of Chimeratech Fortress Dragon and all that, so it should be fine
