K. Basically, last effect prevents it from leaving the field except via battle, in combination with the second effect. To be honest, the best way to balance this is just get rid of the immunity completely. End of.

Quick-Play Effect is SS2 iirc. That means "This effect can be activated during either player's turn."

This thing seems really bad... It really doesn't seem worth the 2 Level 9s in any case at all. The only decks which can get out Level 9s easily would happen to be decks such as Infernities and they want to keep their Trishula. Just saying. To make it better... You should probably make it: "Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material; Banish all monsters on the field. During the End Phase: Special Summon all monsters banished by this effect. When this card is Special Summoned by it's own effect: Attach Xyz Materials equal to the number of Xyz Materials this card had when it left the field." That way your opponent can Warning this to save their ass from a 3.6k beater but not get back all of the advantage that you managed to make them get rid of with it's effect. When you make adjustments (of any kind, not just mine), I'll reconsider whether this is useful or not. Right now, it's a good idea with really bad execution.

It detaches 1, then banishes I believe at least. Thus coming back with 1 Xyz Material.

in that case, the xyz attaching effect is not OPed and should be ok

it has a recycling effect but it's not really THAT recyclable because the monsters go into your deck, not hand, so it's not like you can pull this xyz out again really quickly

so therefore I guess the card should be fine the way it is
