Choose and activate 1 of the following effects. If you control 2 or more face-up "Meklord" monsters: Choose and activate up to 2 of the following effects (You cannot activate the same effect more than once):
* Add 1 "Meklord" monster from your Deck to your hand.
* Draw 1 card, then destroy 1 face-up monster you control.
* Look at your opponent's Extra Deck. Choose up to 2 Synchro Monsters from it and send them to the Graveyard. You must control a face-up "Meklord Emperor" monster to activate and to resolve this effect.
* Target 1 face-up "Meklord" monster you control that is equipped with a Synchro Monster(s); Destroy all equipped Synchro Monsters on that card, then destroy cards your opponent controls up to the number of Synchro Monsters equipped to that card.

I'm betting the 3rd effect get used a lot so your opponent won't have any synchro surprises for you

4th effect is slightly situational, would be pretty good too though

the 1st and 2nd effects will probably remain the most popular though

especially in the case with the 2nd since everyone does so much to draw even a single card

This card would be insane in TF:5 since Wise core, Grand core, Sky core are actually cards...
In RC, sadly, it wouldn't help as much.
On the other hand, it's very practical (Speaking if you do control a M.E)

Half right. It also sets off the Emperor's SS effect.
