Synchronized Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 It's got no drawbacks, so you'd definitely run it over Pearl for ATK purposes alone, not to mention the ability to take out plenty of things makes it definitely worthwhile. Welche the crab Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 You just had to go and make Gem Knight Pearl completely obsolete didn't you? First, I never liked Buster Blader, but never disliked it so you don't get a special props for that. Sorry. The fact that it becomes Buster is cool because like now Buster is playable for whatever fusion or whatever. Killing all the dragons makes it a good extra deck choice and the fact that it sends means it kills Stardust (though you could just run it over). Dragons arent seeing much play right now, but with the introduction of the new structure deck, who knows. Also, that card needs three materials. [/quote] Well, the Dark Magician was obsolete after Summoned Skull was printed... EDIT: Also, I just realized that Oni-Gami Combo loves this more than Pearl. You have just removed the point to pearl as a beatstick so only MAYBE in gem knights will he see play and I thought his art was badass. It just makes me go all sadface. ragnarok1945 Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 well this one isn't as effective as the original Buster Blader for atk gain at least the original it was permanent, and yours only lasts 1 turn not to mention it loses xyz material in order to get even that so what you should have done is also allow more xyz material monsters to get attached to it, so that you can pull the atk gain effect off more Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
