Seiheiko. A land of great mystery, and very diverse at that. We track to a certain point in their history, ruled by fear and terror. It was when the Gates of Equinox were broken, releasing hundreds of rogue kami into Seiheiko. They had been imprisoned millennia before as a mutual agreement between a high kami council and one of the earthly Seiheikan world. Various kami which had caused troubles in Seiheiko were sealed into the Gates of Equinox, where they would lie to pay for their mistakes. The Gates were more than capable of holding the great amount of kami there, but some sort of unknown force weakened the Gates enough for a few to break through. Then a few more. Until eventually, whole streams of kami were released. The pure force of this left rifts all over Seiheiko too, letting spirits from other worlds enter the land that had previously been protected by charms and spells. Not only this, but the rest of the kami who had previously allied with Seiheikan creatures and people had also suddenly turned against them. Whether either side would survive the chaos, neither knew.

Reveryu is a portable, incredibly expensive Sangan. Since it takes 2 monsters to make, the best you could do is to destroy 3 Sheep Tokens and either itself or a Trap Card. I guess it works with Herald of Creation and Geartown. MTG-style flavor text? Sure, why not.

Sweepmoon is far too durable. It also loops Call of the Haunted, Future Fusion, and Symbol of Heritage and does damage. It's very special, to be sure, but not in a good way.

Foxtrotter is bizarre and unstructured. The Special Summon effect could lead to combos with Psychic Feel Zone and Miracle Synchro Fusion. It swaps your hand a bunch of times with Scapegoat. It does things, I guess. Not very good things, but things nonetheless.

Kappa's first effect is an excellent recruiting tool. However, being able to Special Summon itself breaks it, as you can go into 2 Goblin Zombies and then Mezuki + Plaguespreader. You can then use Mezuki 4 times.

Oni Shogun topdecks the Fiend from your Deck, right? 3000 is overboard; I suggest 2500 since it would be in line with Leviathan Dragon.

Yamata Deity is a little on the strong side. Even though it's a -2 to Summon, you get a free Foolish Burial out of it. To match the text on D.D. Crazy Beast:

Reveryu is mainly to be used as a starter in Lightsworns or something like Miracle HEROs, as a starter. And you've misread it, because you could destroy 1 card and your opponent could destroy 1 (and so both players would search for a monster). It's more tactical, because your opponent could easily just not destroy anything when you've destroyed something just to -1 you. It's more of a mind game card.

Thing is: I doubt anyone would use it in something like Dragons just for the sake of being able to recycle FuFu. Brionac can do that without taking up Main Deck space. Brionac itself has the benefit of dumping stuff in the Graveyard too, and that it doesn't have to be searchable, you can get it out nearly whenever you want etc. It probably has very specific places for it to be used, since: 1. It takes a Normal Summon. 2. It takes up Main Deck space. 3. I've pretty much made sure it can't loop. Except for one which I just noticed, which I'm going to fix in about a couple of seconds. 4. It has to recycle either FuFu or CotH. Both are restricted, and that would be more horrendously inconsistent than it is already. CotH is slow. No Tier 1 deck really uses it. Dragons aren't really the best deck because they still rely too much on a card that has a 1 out of whatever chance of drawing it. eww.

I'm perfectly happy with the comments you said about Foxtrotter. Strictly casual and tech-y, I guess.

Kappa is horrendously broken, but that was just my obsession during Halloween with making Zombies Tier 0. So ignore that for now :3

Damn it, thanks for pointing out the OCG mistake. 3000 is probably a bit too much, but considering that it's going to be a +0 in total if you destroy a monster with it, then I think it's fine. If I made it 2500, Tour Guide is infinitely better, as it's more versatile and does the same job really. The beatstickyness is the only thing going for it.

Thanks for the OCG fix :3 Now I look at it, it probably causes some horrible combo in Plants, so I'll figure out a way to fix that soon.

Sangan's Limited for a reason. This is just a more skilled and balanced version, that can still be abused in a healthy way by promoting player-player interaction. If more people have the same opinion, I'll change (starting with you) to (starting with your opponent).

If Sweepmoon is your only monster, your opponent can technically call a direct attack if they want, as a result of rulings. If you already have monsters on the field anyway, why you'd keep this on the field or summon another monster is beyond me just for random overextending. It's not broken at all really. Just a good stall card that ultimately takes up your Normal Summon, and a stall deck with it is still unlikely to win in the current meta. Especially against Plants.

Kappa is broken. Just gonna say now, because I've already mentioned it's broken. Gonna fix though.

Oni Shogun is not broken in the slightest. It takes up your Normal Summon. Then you have to Tribute something. And then it'll die next turn. It's a -1 that takes up your Normal Summon, if your opponent is playing correctly. I would still say it's half decent simply because it's good for catching up in advantage short-term.

Yamata's not expensive in the slightest considering the Foolish effect.

How to beat Sorrovine? Your opponent should have enough time to set up against it. Still takes a Normal Summon so is completely useless in Plant decks as it only helps Spore, and nothing else. And ,yes, it is Special Summoned when it is banished by its own effect ._. That's self-explanatory.

So far, a lot of people have looked at the cards in a completely individual way. They should be looked at in such a way that you reflect on its overall impact on the whole game.

Flavour text was me borrowing the ideas of the amazingly better MtG development team as they use flavour text. Because their sets are built on a storyline, not random cards.
