This card's activation cannot be negated. As long as there is a face-up monster on the field; neither player can activate Trap Cards. If there is no face-up monster on the field; neither player can activate Spell Cards. Once per turn during your Main Phase, send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard: Select 1 Spell or Trap Card in your opponent's Graveyard; place it face-down on your side of the field. That card cannot be activated this turn. Both Players can activate this effect.

now that is really good for a continuous Cold Wave effect you got there

placing them face down seems meh, but at least it's a way to force this card off the field if they don't have the right monster effects to make it happen

so it should be fine since you're still giving both players a chance in that fashion

otherwise they'd have to rely on cards like Breaker or something along those lines, and that doesn't always come through

i somewhat lack the ability to picture custom cards used in real duels at times, but i think this card could be worth testing. i like the concept behind it, you could also retrieve cards from your opponent's graveyard as a decoy for actual set cards you have.

really minor ocg:
While there is a face-up monster(s) on the field: neither player can activate Trap Cards. While there is no face-up monster on the field: neither player can activate Spell Cards.
really useless correction in term of understanding the effect, you just put a colon instead of a semi-colon because of period flow, "while [this]: do [that]".
also liked how the artwork and the name adapt to the effect in reminding of cold wave.
