Eh, beside the bad OCG. It's a funny card to use. I think it would be a nice addition to Tribute Decks like 'Monarch's' or 'Steelswarm'. Might be a nice card to use with 'Bad Reaction to Simochi' aswell. Yes this card does have some potential.

Nice pic,the other part of the effect(decrease your opponents Life Points by 2000 and increase your Life Points by 2000) in don't think you would use it easily cause the shadow would be off the field before the tokens.But can help tribute and synchro summon.

I feel as if with / without the OCG fix, the effect implies multiple use, meaning as long as he's on the field, if you control no Benefit Tokens, you can reduce your opponent's Life Points by 2000 as many times as you want in a single turn. In this case, this card is broken. A simple combination of Dark Hole and Forbidden Holy Lance would FTK/OTK. If this is untrue, then this card doesn't have a volley of uses but it's ok. Lexadin refered to a use in Steelswarm, but it wouldn't work. Steelswarm gain their effects from being Tribute Summoned by tributing Steelswarm monsters. Monarchs still have cards like Level Eater and Treeborn. This card would be used to Tribute Summon more superior monsters that require 2 or more Tributes. Not many decks run those. Just for Token spam for Synchro Summoning or for Token decks.

yes we know you meant your side, but I still think you should say that

plus the 2000 burn effect isn't really hard to pull off

you can simply use the tokens right away for synchro food and there they go

But it's Level 5. The net result is that you gain 2000 LP. I think it's OK...
