I don't make Rituals often. So pardon me if the OCG for Ritual Monsters is a little off.

awesomeness but making the atk 0 is a bit op'd even if he can't attack, like Kazejin, Sanga of the Thunder and Suijin, they make atk 0 but can only do it once per duel, so maybe a broader limit or so...

Yes, but they all are pretty horrible. And this is a Ritual, they need the power.

Anywho, onto the card. I personally quite like it, it stops all those big Meta Cards like BLS and the Xyz. Though if I where you, I'd give it some more raw Power. Maybe turn up it's ATK to 2100ish?
And I know it's based on a theme, but you should probebly change it to (banishing) any Atribute Monsters. Seeing as FIRE Decks won't use Rituals and being Bland makes it sóóóó much more usefull. Another thing is that you might give the Spell an extra effect aswell.

Of course you don't have to follow these things exactly, but they are just friendly advice. Seeing as it's now, it's somewhat UPed.
OVeral as it is now, I'd give it a 7.1/10

really good, Omega

this is really going to do well against synchros/xyzs

it's a little bit weak to defend itself though, 1800 atk is virtually NOTHING for a lv6 monster

I would have upped it to like 2100ish atk so it can at least have a SLIGHT chance against your opponent's monsters

after all, you're only allowing ONE of them to drop to 0 atk

To be honest, I would give it the option to use it's effect during the opponent's turn. Because it has low stats, negating an effect from a card like Tour Guide is what would make this Ritual playable. And I would also remove the "No attack" clause too, it's just a drawback that doesn't make the card more balanced, but actually makes it a tad bad.
