Can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters you control while there is a face-up "Toon World" on the field OR by the effect of a "Red-Eyes" monster. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn it is Summoned. If there is a face-up "Toon World" on the field: This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: Banish 1 Toon monster from your Graveyard and target 1 card your opponent controls; return that target to the top of its owner's Deck.[/quote]
Lexadin
Now this is what I like to see. New Toons. Now onto the card. First of all, I must compliment you on the excelent img. At first glance it seems like a typical Toon, yet you managed to save it by giving it an excelent 'bouncing' (not shure if that's still considered bouncing) eff. Nothing to fancy, but it works. And that's all that matters. Also a nice thing is that you managed to it to still use it's 'Red-Eyes' support. Heck, you can even use it in some wierd Dragon Deck. 1 comment though, I see you didn't include the 'Destroyed when Toon World is' eff, and I know you probebly did it to make it more usable. But it's imo a fital part of the Toon subtype, and not having it is somewhat of a shame. Overal I'd give it an 8.2/

ragnarok1945
great, toons again ok, we have the direct atk, along with toon world requirements, standard for just about all toons, nothing wrong there well the card returning effect isn't too bad, will keep forcing your opponent not to get any cards he/she want if you can keep it on the field long enough it's nothing too new, but it should work out reasonably well I guess So I can give this one like 8.4/
