Once per turn you can place this card face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card or Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position with 1000 ATK points for each of your End Phases that have passed since this card was in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. One per turn you can destroy one card on the field.During each of your End Phases, this card gains 1000 ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly,If the card attacks its ATK is returned to 0, after damage calculation.

Please put the lore below it. It's somewhat hard to read as it is now.

When to copy and paste the lore but got caught up in some other staff.

Well the attack gain effect is the exact same as that Satellite Cannon or something like that. So it isn't very original. And it's a level 7 i.e. it needs 2 tributes whereas Satellite Cannon is only a one tribute so nobody would ever use this. The picture is really good quality though.

in some aspects but not all.

Very similar to Satellite Cannon, with the hopping around effect. However, the effect is a little too.... obscure? Heres what I'd do:
Once per turn: You can place this card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell/Trap card OR Special Summon it from your Spell/Trap card zone. If special summoned by this effect: You can target 1 card on the field; Destroy it, and this card gains 1000 ATK x the number of your End Phases it was treated as a Spell/Trap card. During your end phase: This face-up monster card gains 1000 ATK. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. When this card declares an attack: its ATK become 0 after damage calculation.
Made it so you could only destroy 1 card when it was summoned from the S/T zone, not once per turn. Also, differentiated between gaining ATK as a Monster or as an S/T. Also, I would remove the attacking directly part. This is just an OTK waiting to happen.

ah, the old Satellite Cannon knock off, haven't seen that card get support for quite some time

it does have the additional benefit of destroying another card on the field and all that, so that's good

for me, I'd have changed the atk dropping effect though, since right now it's identical to Satellite Cannon

I'd have said after attacking, it loses 1000 atk and that's it. Don't drop it all the way back down to 0
