They're a nice thought, but WAY too OP. Try "When this card is destroyed, the Monster is removed from play and you [u]lose[/u] 1000 LP."

And ATK and DEF I believe should be "?" instead of "0" because the points are completely dependent.

Regret #1 is meh for just an atk determining effect and nothing more

it's probably too powerful because it applies to both sides of the field so I can easily see this reaching the 4000 atk mark or something

if so, it's an easy OTK

Darkness Offering though the 1000 burn should be fine the way it is

It would be pretty hard to OTK with this card unless you had a full field afterward. But it would get stronger than Malefic Cyber End Dragon pretty fast. The Equip Card is a weakness and is thematically appropriate, though you could just Summon this monster with Advanced Ritual Art instead.

Smoke ain't a Type, so if you want this to be a Realistic Card you'll have to pick one...

As for the OCG, it should be something like this.
