"Wind-Up" support.

Queen: that one is a bit situational, don't really see just HOW many more times you intend for the multiple effects to be used and all that

with King I'm not really quite sure what you're trying to pull off with the changing it to face down def, then going to face up atk

please explain that part, then I'll rate it

Queen is broken. Wind-Up Rat used to recycle Wind-Up Dog, while if you also had a face-up Magician, you could SS another into Zenmaighty. Use his effect and Magician to Xyz into 3 Rank 5 + Xyz (+ since the Level boosters will be able to boost their levels multiple times). This card makes any Rank 3 + Xyz playable.

As to King, Zenmeister is better. Or we could much more easily get Volca or Tiras or Adreus. I say that Zenmeister is better because he recycles not just himself but other Wind-Ups. No that that is anything much as the only Wind-Ups that I think should stay on the field longer than a turn are the Xyz and Magician. Rabbit, possibly, but he shouldn't be a target unless you plan on using his effect during both player's turns.

Wind-Up King is OK because it can be recruited by Zenmaighty and/or revived by Rat. The Rat option's pretty good because you can reset him.

I have a better idea: Special Summon Queen, Normal Summon Wind-Up Soldier, and activate the effect of Soldier a few billion times.

Turn soldier into a 4600 Beatstick? You know, with Queen, you could do 2 Volca and a 4600 Beater Soldier.
