darkness of phantom

Obviously this is just an attempt at correcting the problems with your last card.

First off, your OCG (Official Card Grammar) is off. The text should read this:
"3 Dragon-Type Monsters + "Exodia the Forbidden One"
Must be summoned by Fusion Summon, and cannot be summoned in other ways. Can only be Fusion Summoned by "Polymerization". When this card is Fusion Summoned: You win the duel."

Now for the other problems with this card.
1) There isn't a type to this card. That's nothing more than being lazy.
2) The requirements for this are too easy to fulfil. Poly is easily searchable, Dragons can be searched out easily too. The only difficult part is getting Exodia, which Dragon Exodia FTK can do easily.
3) Win Condition effects are usually looked down upon here, since they're cheap, easy, and are usually designed very poorly, like this one.
4) I won't bash on the card for not having a picture since there's been a problem with that, but it still looks bad.

I'm not even going to try and rate this.

Honest truth you really need to stop making cards without a picture and with Auto Win.
But create something with more potential.
Too easy to summon out.
Just have 3 Random dragons in your hand + plus Exodia's Head + Poly = Win.

This win condition is slightly easier than Wall of Revealing Light + Magical Explosion + Life Equalizer. And that OTK is legal in Advanced Format. This win condition can be blocked by Effect Veiler; there is a commonly run answer to this monster. Also, because it requires a Special Summon, this cannot FTK with Pot of Duality.

This card is not broken even if you only need Exodia's head, but it would be fairer to bump the Dragons up to 4.

Excuse me how is this NOT broken? You can summon it twice if you want to to eliminate the Effect Veiler thing (Use future Fusion and then Dragon's Mirror). This card is completely broken.

This win condition is slightly easier than Wall of Revealing Light + Magical Explosion + Life Equalizer. And that OTK is legal in Advanced Format. Dragon Exodia FTK makes this impossibly easy. Magical Explosion FTK isn't nearly as easy as this card since you need to draw through the deck for Magical Explosion.
This win condition can be blocked by Effect Veiler; there is a commonly run answer to this monster. Veiler can't stop this since you just win as soon as you get it out. No effect activates, no response time is given. You just win.
Also, because it requires a Special Summon, this cannot FTK with Pot of Duality. No one cares

This card is not broken even if you only need Exodia's head, but it would be fairer to bump the Dragons up to 4. That wouldn't make any difference

pfffft, this is WAY too easy to win the game

first off, you need to specify the dragons, ANY type makes 3 of them way too simple to get

Exodia is the same matter, unless of course you're talking about ALL 5 pieces of them

if that's the case then maybe it's a bit harder, but even then it's just not going to cut it

also it's a shame you have no pic for this card, kind of hoped you did

All of this has been said.

That's not a property of win conditions; it's a property of the currently-released cards that have them. Vennominaga, Exodia, and Destiny Board have continuous victory checks. As for Last Turn, it resolves through SEGOC in the End Phase--it functions like Change of Heart. As written, this card has an effect that activates when it is Fusion Summoned.

This card can only be Summoned with Polymerization.

But all this is moot. You are right; this card can just be thrown into a Dragon Deck with Exodia's head and win.
