Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and 1 face-up monster you control, except this card. Your targeted monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of your opponents targeted monster until the End Phase. As long as you control this face-up card: The attacks of your monsters cannot be negated or prevented.

Not sure if "prevented" has ever been used for OCG, so i'll explain it. "negated or prevented" is there to negate cards like Utopia, Negate Attack, as well as cards like Gravity Bind, Thunder of Ruler, Threatening Roar, etc that don't exactly "negate" attacks.

Interesting idea, though you should probably specify it: "Monsters you control cannot be prevented from declaring an attack". The idea sounds familiar, though I don't recall from where.

This card is useful in a lot of situations and is thematically appropriate. I give it 8/10.

has a nice atk gain effect, and it should be balanced out since it's only 1 turn

only exception is if the targeted monster you control can make direct attacks, then the battle damage might be too much

you may want to consider that part, and maybe say if the targeted card is subjected to this effect it can't directly attack

either that or just cut the battle damage in half if it does

Don't know whether to feel sad or confused.
I've been at this for a while now, and I'm kind of a veteran of the showcase section.... all good though.

As for the card it looks cool i suppose, no idea what an xyz material is. (haven't played yugioh in about 4 years)

I meant someone new because I always used Daemon's or Jazinkay's images.
