well you did well for the pics, so that's a good starting point

Scrap Pot's effect is relatively meh. In face you forgot, Thunder Dragon can do almost the same thing

furthermore your fusion requires MORE than just the 2 Scrap Pots, unlike Twin Headed Thunder Dragon

though 5000 def for the fusion, that is WAY too much, lower it to 4000 or something

it does have a good burn effect though, and as for calling the effect wrong, just use Spell of Pain

meh i always over compensate : / i thought the coin flipped messed up the effect so i up'd the defense to make it balance out *sigh* also, the scrap bot...its my first tuner lol but yea, i wanted it to be easy to get out and ready for the fusion,

but seriously raggy, i worked my cute little a$$ off on that spell card at the bottom, please please tell me what you think bout it?

It doesn't really seem that good. There is a 50% you'll damage yourself with City savior and in order to even have a good burn, you need a strong monster on the field. The main problem is how city savior kills your field presence when it is summoned, what happens if it gets destroyed before you can even use its effect?

The spell card is very good. I just don't think City savior is even worth it.

thanks! now in my defense:

most level 4 monsters nowadays always have a minimum of 1700 ATK and that adds up although i see where you come from... someone could bottomless traphole this real good... even if you cant use its effect, its attack is still a pretty good force to be reckoned with... thanks for your imput though

actually I think even at the 1700 atk level it's a bit weak, better if it was at 1900

Battle Fortress:
OCG: If this card is attacked: Destroy the attacking monster after damage calculation. If this card attacks directly: You can pay 1000 Life Points; Double this card's ATK during that attack only.

Overall, I would think it would be better if it was a full Level 6 Tributer that could stand by its own. At the moment, it will just sit in the hand, waiting to be fused, and be a dead draw about half the time. I'd up the effect, ATK and Level to make it worth Summoning.

Scrap Bot:
OCG: When this card is destroyed: You can target and Special Summon up to 2 "Scrap Bot" cards from your Deck.

Normal Summon this, Special Summon "Scrap Orthros", and blow this up, trigger effect. Enough fodder to get "Scrap Dragon" (and a target), "Number 39" (and a leftover), "Number 32", or any Level 8 Synchro. You need to change its name so that it doesn't become part of the "Scrap" archetype, because its effect as it stands is a powerful one for that Deck.

City Savior:
OCG:"Battle Fortress" + 2 "Scrap Bot"
When this card is Special Summoned: Target, and equip all other face-up monsters you control to this card. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster equipped to this card, toss a coin, and call it. If you call it right: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK. If not: Take damage equal to that monster's original ATK.

I really don't like this, mainly because it's a three material Fusion that has half a chance of burning you savagely. Also, the effect does not seem to fit the name. Granted, it fits the picture of a malevolent moving city, but the name just doesn't mesh with a burn effect. In fact, it goes much more with a defense effect, protecting your cards from destruction, or yourself from damage. Also, the effect will probably rarely get more than two monsters equipped to it, and equipping monsters takes up a lot of space (and they are vulnerable to S/T destruction). Sorry to continue, but a Level 10 Fusion with 3000/3500 really deserves a better effect than chance burn and field-clogging. This would be my idea of a better effect.

"Battle Fortress" + 2 "Scrap Bot"
When this card is Fusion Summoned: Attach all monsters used to Summon this card to this card. During either player's turn, when a card you control would be destroyed or you would take damage: Detach and banish 1 card attached to this card; Negate that destruction or damage, and add 1 Level 4 or lower EARTH Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand (It cannot be used this turn).

Artificial Creation:
OCG: Special Summon 1 Machine-Type Fusion Monster (from your Extra Deck). During your Standby Phases: Pay 700 Life Points; If you do not, destroy this card. When that monster leaves the field: Destroy this card. When this card is destroyed: Destroy the Summoned monster, and banish all Fusion Material Monsters listed on that card (from your hand, Deck or Graveyard).

"Cyber End" says hi. Getting 4000 ATK out for free followed by, when it blows up, getting a trio of "Cyber Dragons" into the Banished Zone. This card is so easily abused, since it sets up a lot of easy Summons for powerful monsters, and when you're supposed to be hit by the backlash, it could help you.

Overall, I'd say the trio of monsters are alright, but have flaws that need to be addressed seriously. As for the Spell, it either needs a re-write, or to be forgotten.
