Felt like I was obliged to do this, since I said I'd make my old Xyzs into ones with a template when I had the chance to.

Hmm it's an interesting card. Stats are ok and effect is ok too. Your OCG is pretty good. The only problem is that it can activate its effect and ATK during the same turn only once. Do you think you can fix it or you prefer to leave it as it is ?

That change would make the effect barely worthwhile, since this card's focus is beater. Getting this card out on it's own isn't exactly the fastest, and you'll probably want to use your attacker while it's there.

Ancient Gear effect for the 1st part

burn effect probably won't be as good given so many monsters don't have as high a def as you think

and the fact it's only half that makes it even smaller

for the last effect, I would have said if it has no xyz materials it can't switch battle positions except via card effects
