this set use special summon but when they are special summon they are destoryed at your end phase

but that okay because their maddness which will drive fear into your opponent starts in the graveyard their effect really cause trouble

You can Special Summon this card (from your Hand) in ATK Postion. this card can not be destoryed in Battle. During your End Phase when this card is Special Summon, destory this card. during your Opponent's Draw Phase while all player's have 2 or more cards in their Hands while this card is in your Graveyard both players reveal the top 4 cards in their Deck, all players selects 3 revealed cards and add them to their Hand then select 2 cards in their Hand and add them to their Deck, all Decks are then shuffled.

1st part of the sentence, if you special summon it from your hand, does it HAVE to be in atk position?

first answer me that, then I'll rate

yes it says so on the card but you can set it if you want instead of special summoning it

figures, then 2800 def should be fine given that

the draw phase effect should be relatively easy to pull off

most times you'd have 1-3 cards in your hand anyways

shame it doesn't have the drawback for def switch to attack like Big Shield Guardna though, would have been better if you had that
