Once per turn: You can discard 1 card and banish 1 card your opponent controls. If this card is selected as an attack target: Destroy this card and draw 1 card. Your opponent does not get a replay.

Yeah, let's screw up gameplay mechanics and stuff.

*reads* aww, its ok, i'll comment lol

since you want to screw up gameplay mechs... i dont entirely know what 'You opponent does not get a replay' means... but for the rest of the effect, it looks fairly simple, but different... i like that idea, benefiting yourself from sacrifices...

OCG could use some work though... its very minor fixes, but still, i think it looks nice :P lol
Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; banish 1 card your opponent controls. If this card is targeted for an attack: Destroy this card instead; draw 1 card.

note, i didnt include that last effect sentence, because like i said, i didnt entirely understand it... but thats for you to include...

nice, new, and different... 8.5/10 :D

Thanks! ^^

Well, I'm not entirely sure about the OCG fix. The way I have it, Discarding and Banishing happen at the same time and as a cost, so it wouldn't be able to be negated I think. :'o

That and I don't exactly care about minor OCG things, like the whole targeted/selected thing, it got the effect across. Oh and that's another thing like the first, it prevents it from being negated from like Debunk and Divine Wrath if I understand right. :'o

As for the last effect, basically a replay is when your opponent declares an attack, and the monsters on your field change somehow. They can either keep attacking, choose a different target, or end the attack. This prevents them from getting to select another attack target or attacking directly with the monster.

ah, making more sense... so still, its a good card, definitely has potential for use in some cases... and now that i see what you mean, i guess it is fine that those two things happen at the same time, less risk of getting chained or negated is better i guess...
oh, and i kind of figured the ocg mistakes wouldnt be cared about... not everyone does... but its just me, im known for fixes lol :P
so yea, i still say its a good card, nice work... i can see it being used for certain things

Oooh, I like this :'o

It can also be used in Dark Worlds, since discarding isn't a cost (at least I think it's not O.o), just part of the effect

Tho I suppose instead of adding that your opponent doesn't get a replay you can say "destroy this card before damage calculation" like Catastor? :'D

It's a cost, but so is banishing is how I thought it worked. :'o

Nah, that wouldn't work, cause they would still get a reply cause the monsters on my field changed.

Shouldn't putting something like "if this monster is attacked, destroy it at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation) and draw 1 card" stop replays, becuase that's how Catastos is worded...

hmm...can you even HAVE a cost without having an effect? O.o

Idk, as far as I know when there's no dot to state there is an effect and cost, what's there is the effect O.o

Tho to make it a cost, you can have the effect be like "Once per turn, you can discard 1 card and banish 1 card your opponent controls: until the end of your next turn, if this card is selected as an attack target, destroy it (before Damage calculation), and draw 1 card"

or somethin, assuming it works like Catastor, and Catastor can't replay attacks, otherwise it'd be god :"o
