Unable to upload pics anymore o.O

[Phantasy Dreamz]

So, I moved all of my pics into the public picture folder.
Deleted one account.
Made a new one.
And I was unable to upload pics for my card making anymore.
It keeps coming out blank.

For some reason, when I don't log into my account on YCM and just go into the card maker, it uploads the pic just fine.
Is it just me, or is this happening to you guys too?
And why?

Ok so when I don't log in, the upload code comes out to be like this: tempimages/780908038.jpg
And that code works.
