I don't see the purpose in putting counters on any other card on the field, if it only says to remove the counters from that card. The OCG is also a little off in the last part of the effect, never the less, this monster also seems a bit o/p'd.

Also, I just noticed the fusion material, it might as well be a Synchro monster.

well the burn effect is good, but it might be a bit too much

since this applies to ANY spellcaster monster, it means you can burn your opponent well over 2500 with a simple counter removal

I would have applied this only to lv4 or lower spellcasters instead

Needs 4 cards, including 1 polymerization to bring out, but it has one nasty burn effect that depending on what spellcasters you used to the fusion summon, can burn your opponent for 1/3 of their LP. Seems balanced only because it wastes so much resources to summon and it has no protection.
