DESTROYER OF THE DEVINES!!!!

[left]2. 3000/2500... mmmm, almost feels like a Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Who happens to be LIGHT yet still.[/left]
[left]3. Name is all Caps, which is turning out to be annoying with Card #2. Better name if you still want to keep the style would be: "Destroyer of Divines" or maybe "Divine Destroyer" but then it would be just me :P.[/left]

[left]DIVINE-monsters are not really played anyhow, but anyhow, this does scream Anti-LIGHT.[/left]

[left]The second card misses the Equip-sign yet is a Equip Spell Card. Wasn't hard to miss that one ;). So I do like the additional effect just that I think this is going to be dangerous grounds. Destroying a LIGHT/DIVINE is one thing, then controlling it (after you drawn it) is another. Destroying one without any cost as well is even more dangerous.[/left]

[left]I see this is why you wanted to make this card Normal and High Level, but right now it would be too much of a powerful card. Especially with "[url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/DNA_Transplant"]DNA Transplant[/url]" active as well.[/left]

Not actually, It is not insanely powerful and needs specific support, plus you need to pay 500 life points to activate the ability. It can easly be taken off the field either by brute force or monster, spell or trap effects as it has no resistance to any of them. There are three Divine monsters out there. Quite frankly this is Up'ed. It needs perfect support, in a totally situational duel.
