Once per turn, if you have 3 or less cards in your hand you can steal a random card from your opponents hand. If it's a monster, inflict 500, if it's a Spell put it inside your deck face-up and shuffle. When you draw that spell card you can use it or select a different spell card in your deck to use. If it's a Trap set it on your side of the field.

Once per turn if you have 3 or more cards in your hand you can select 3 cards in your opponents deck and 1 card in your deck. Add the 3 cards from your opponents deck to your deck and 1 card from your deck to his/her deck. You can only activate this effect 3 times a duel.

As long as Small Theif Red and Purple are on the field, no monster on your side of the field can be destroyed. If this card declares an Attack on a monster, your opponent takes the damage instead[/spoiler]

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. As long as this card remains face-up on the field your opponent can only attack this card. When this card is attacked, inflict 300 Life Points of damage to your opponent for each card you control on the field[/spoiler]

for Red, the 500 burn is too small, make it higher

Purple you should have made it even, so only ONE card from your opponent's deck and one from your deck

Dragon is OPed for preventing it from being destroyed AT ALL. I would have only allowed it by card effects

Joker's burn effect is ok, but it's too weak, won't last long anyway

Joker can't be destroyed by battle. so it would stay
