My point for this card is , When both players have 3000 Lp or less discard all spell and trap cards from the deck and discard all hands, before that both players draws a card (will be a monster because all of other are discarded) the most stronger wins and infligts a diference, alwayes the same way to Lp is 0, its just a Super Lucky card... i cant express this using a correct grammer, its what a mean to say... During the Battle Phase, The selected monsters can only choose eachother as an attack target. The player whose selected monster is still on the field during the End Phase wins the Duel. You and your Opponent must have 3000 or less Life Points to activate and resolve this effect."

Lower the Life point cost, because this would be an instant win card and would be overpowered in the current TCG as both players would summon cards like Master Hyperion, Grapha, etc, and it would be way overpowered.

ok, so rate Only Stronger Survive

it has a very good burn effect, not sure if you took it off of Ring of Destruction or something

compared to that, it would appear this one would yield a much bigger burn

I would have made it a trap instead, so you can still stop the burn on your end with Ring of Defense
