WhoAreYou?
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while your opponent controls a monster. When this card is Special Summoned, you can add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. You cannot activate that Spell Card during the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn, you can return 1 Spellcaster-type Synchro Monster you control or in your Graveyard to the Extra Deck to Special Summon 1 monster that was used as Synchro Material for that monster from your Graveyard. It cannot be use as Synchro or Xyz Material during the turn you activate this effect.
FindingTheEverlight
Pretty solid effect, though, I think that this card can easily be overthrown, as well as the second part of the effect, because you can't use the monster that you summon on the first turn, you better hope your opponent doesn't kill it before you can use it on the second turn. Well, nevertheless, it's a simple recycling card if you need to return a Synchro to the extra to let it be summoned again (if you summoned from the grave), then again, there are other cards that probably recycle a little better than this card. Overall, nice picture.

DARKPLANT RISING
Magician-of-Faith-esque eff seems a bit abusable, though the restriction is probably enough on there. The other eff is perfectly designed. I like it, but if I were you, I'd neg the "No Spell Cards this turn" and add to its summoning conditions that all monsters in your Graveyard gotta be Spellcasters. Because that makes it more of a Spellcaster support card.
