It's OPed even for a non-Tuner. I mean, literally, there is no way to fix this card.

You could get rid of the first effect completely, but that ruins the concept.

Basically, my idea for this card was so that you can keep this card on the field to so that way you can build a full arsenal of Synchro monsters. Which, in turn made it o/p'd.

for the summoning effect, the 500 LP seems a bit cheap

in addition you shouldn't have allowed that to be used as many times as you want per turn

the lv4 or lower machine monster is one specification, but even then you need a drawback to it upon summoning

so just do that and go from there

Make it only from your Graveyard, make it not a Tuner, and make it only once per turn.

Well this is the original effect I had for this:

... Or something like that. His original ATK was only 1300/lv3. Idk, the ocg is off the top because I'm just doing it from memory. Oh well.
