Lore: this card cannot be normal summoned or set. this card can only be special summoned by banishing one face up white potan and black potan as well as banishing a light and dark monster in your graveyard. Once per turn, you can banish one card on the feild. if this card would be destroyed, you can banish one potan card in your graveyard to negete the effect that would destroy this card, and destroy it.

Nice idea you got there !!! I would have never imagined a Deck based on Potans :)

So for the first card: It is pretty good !!! It helps the whole set work quite well. You missed some capitalizations in the name but nevermind. I like how it works with the other cards you have made..
The second card is very interesting :) It is the Potan boss :D The summoning conditions are fine and the effect decent. But you have made a small mistake in the effect. In the last part of the effect you said:[color=#5A5A5A][font=tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]if this card would be destroyed, you can banish one potan card in your graveyard to negete the effect that would destroy this card, and destroy it.[/size][/font][/color]
I believe you should say " If this card would be destroyed [b][i][u]by a card's effect[/u][/i][/b] .........." It's just a small addition but it needs to be stated. So overall this card is really useful in this Deck.
Third card: Hmmmm .... I have a problem with this one. It is a Spell card which lets you Special Summon 2 monsters without a big cost.You would use them as Synchro materials before the End Phase. I believe that it is necessary to say that they cannot be tributed or used as a Synchro material. I know that the purpose of this card was for Synchro Summon but the way it is now is a bit overpowered. You can still summon Holy Evil Blight Potan with this.

The Normal monsters are ok. I think Potan , Machine of Destruction has a bit high stats for a Tuner monster but since it is a Normal monster I think it should be ok.

Sacred Potan has a really strong effect but since the Special Summoned monsters cannot be used as a Synchro material it is better. But I am still unsure if it is Oped. Maybe add a cost in order to Special Summon the monsters? Same goes for Cruel Potan because it is like you didn't pay anything to bring these Synchros on the field as they are now.

Your idea for supporting potans is unique and i love it :D You should make some changes and your cards would be really good.
