Dragon Warrior: This one is balanced but not useful. Maybe the drawback is too much here. ( you didn't write a type for this card).
Endless Dragon: I can't understand something. When you tribute 3 monsters this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned?
Fallen Dragon: This one is not good. You should add an effect for this one or increase the ATK to 3000 or something like that.
Risegreymon: I don't know about a card called geogreymon. So I can't rate this card. This one has really crazy stats.
Dragon Reborn: This one shouldn't be a quick play trap. Quick play traps don't exist. You should make it either normal or continous and i think you should make it like call of the haunted but only for dragons.

Your cards need some work. Keep trying.

with Fallen Dragon you need an effect

Dragon Warrior needs a better effect

Dragon Reborn can get OPed for applying to ANY Dragon monster, maybe specify that a little
