Lonk Posted January 4, 2012 Report Share Posted January 4, 2012 After carefully reading the effect, I can say that it is funny, but not good. Stopping your opponent from Normal Summoning is funny, not so funny when it happens to you. Plus, unless if it isn't in a heavily dedicated deck (and I do mean heavily), it will just only hinder you.
