It says 3. The text is probably just small.

well this is going to be REALLY hard to get out onto the field

given that, the burn effect is perfectly justified, along with the fact that it can still attack and all that

easy OTK set up if you get it out, well done, King

art is extremely well done too, I'll give you 9.9/10

The card honestly does look like it says 8, but if you look really hard and already know it says 3, then you can see a 3.

About the card, I can't honestly say that it's overpowered. Although there are ways to get it out quickly, they still aren't super-easy to pull off, and his effect balances that out, soo.....
