Please tell me if this card is any good

IMO, the OCG is a little off, try [i]If this card attacks your opponent's life points directly, they take an additional 500 in life points damage[/i]. Overall, the card is good maybe a Fiend type over demon, but yeah, good card, fairly reasonable effect balanced with decent ATK and DEF.

It's ok, I like that you kept it simple.
My advice, don't use fake-types. It's not against the rules or anything, it's just usually frowned upon. Try making it a Fiend.
As far as the effect goes, I think the fix would be '[i]If this card attacks your opponent directly: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/i]'

with that the summoning conditions, IMO, I would change to [i]1 Fiend-Type Tuner + 1 DARK or more non-Tuner monsters[/i]
