DARKPLANT RISING Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 Of the banned (or once banned) cards, ones that are simply overpowered but not terrible card design can come back (Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, etc.). This means there is a possiblity of cards like Magician of Faith and others coing back and not affecting the meta. Ones that are terrible card design (Chaos Emperor Dragon, Yata-Garasu, Mass Driver, Dark Strike Fighter, this, etc.) don't deserve to. And before someone quotes me, no, Black Luster Soldier doesn't belong in the 2nd paragraph because it's not a walking FTK/OTK like the other listed ones. Even if it specified it had to be your own monster that it targeted, I could easily see this still being on the ban list.
