This monster can only be Special Summoned from your hand or graveyard when your opponent Summons a level 8 or higher monster from their Deck, Hand, or Extra deck This card can only attack that monster; when that monster is removed from the field, return this card to the owner's hand. This card's Attack is equal to twice your opponent's Life Points. The effects of all other cards are negated. When this card attacks, your opponent takes no battle damage.

This cards ATK is equal to the number of cards you control x700. You can discard 1 card: take control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls;Its battle position cannot be changed.

You can pay 2000 life points: Special Summon 1 monster with 1000 ATK from your Graveyard or Add 1 banished card to your Hand.

This, actually seems kinda balanced, I could see this becoming a very rare card, and to be good against multiple decks now a'days since no one EVER tribute summons anymore. Plus the art is nice.

Yet, this is in the realistic section so the card design itself needs a few changes.

+Fair Effect
+Nice Art
+Creative

-Card design, like the creal number, or the Edition Type. It can not be a First Edition or Special, yet to make it more realistic, you should put down First Edition, yet it is entirly up to you on how you want to deliver it, but it needs a serial number, and the creator name in the bottom right corner, if you wanted it to be realistic would be (Copyright) 1996 KAZUKI TAKAHASI.

Over all 8/10 if this was in another section, I would give it more. Good Job though, you see most new members have crummy cards, yet this one is pretty sweet.

It really depends, most special summons with 8 or more are pretty beefy, (except for synchros, why you so small stardust >.<). With my deck, I pull off special summons with monsters with 8000+ attack points. After rereading though, the whole "Cannot be destroyed" effect is a bit much. Most monsters don't have that effect for a reason, as it would take no skill other than bouncing off your opponets special summon with it. Also, if you plan on using when removed effect on him, it wouldn't work on negation's like Solem. So I would just get rid of that. If you want to keep these effects than maybe the card can bounce back to the hand at the end of a turn?

True fact, Skill Drain once was limited you know, for a good reason. Yet they made it normal again, which is fine for me, makes my deck 20% more cooler.

I crossed out what you fixed.
The negate all effects is still a bit over board, if your gonna make him beefy with double opponets life points as attack points, then the negate effect dosen't work, if you like the idea of a card that negates effects, that should be a diffrent card, like the opposit of this, an angel or something and it's weeker but it negates effects.

first one looks nothing like a fairy

double your opponent's LP is a lot, but you compensated by 0 battle damage. Still, to have it sent off the field after that monster's been destroyed it just seems wrong and not worth it

Loa is also OPed. The taking control should only last 1 turn, and even then it's too much. Not to mention 700* cards you control this can easily exceed the 4000 atk mark

for Muk, the 2000 LP pay effect should be limited to once per turn, not as many as you want if you have the LP to spare

No. He made it, not kaz.

The last one is broken. Make muk 500 or less, and returns the banished card to the grave, at the cost of 1000.

The rest are fine, except make Loa until the end phase.
