for Blu, I'm curious why you made it add EXACTLY a lv4 monster, and not lv4 or lower

for Dragon of Justice, it seems a bit weak for just discarding 1 card from your opponent's hand. Yes with all your Soul of Justice cards it's not that hard to bring out, but if destroyed it's not exactly easy to get back ont the field again

for Elxel, the 300 atk gain is good, but it seems a bit too much. After all, you can technically trigger than effect more than once per turn, and there's no limit to it. Therefore it's not exactly hard for this to reach like 4500ish atk or something

beyond that the set is very well done, all the cards are very supportive of one another
